Refunds

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This page explains what you are buying when you top up your balance, and what happens when something goes wrong.

1. What you are buying

A top-up is prepayment for Immot's services: publishing an announcement, relaunching an expired one, the AI writer. The balance is not goods and it is not money.

Which has these consequences, worth knowing before you top up:

2. When an amount goes back to the balance

What was charged returns to your balance in full if:

The return goes to the balance, not to a card, and usually the same day.

3. When it does not

4. If a top-up goes wrong

If money left your card or wallet but did not arrive on the balance, wait up to an hour: the payment provider's confirmation is sometimes late.

If it is still missing, write to support@immot.app with the date, the amount, the payment method and the provider's transaction number. We answer within 2 working days.

An unconfirmed payment closes automatically after an hour. If the money really was taken, the balance is credited by hand once you tell us.

5. If you delete your account

Deleting an account ends any unused balance, and it is not returned as cash. Please spend it first.
