Terms of service

This is the public offer of Immot (“we”) for the use of Immot. By using the app you accept the terms set out below.

1. The service

Immot is a platform where businesses publish local announcements — discounts, new stock, events — and people nearby see them.

We are the platform, not a party to the announcement. Any sale is a contract between you and that business, not with us.

2. Users and businesses

Reading announcements, following places and receiving notifications are free.

Registering a business is free as well. Only the services around publishing are charged, at the prices shown in the app.

3. The balance

A business balance is prepayment for Immot's own services. It is not money and it is not electronic money. Specifically:

• it is never returned as cash and never transferred to a bank account,
• it cannot be transferred to another user,
• it cannot pay any third party — only Immot's own services.

Top-ups happen on the payment provider's own site. We never see or store your card details.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in the app and may change. A change does not apply to announcements already published and paid for.

5. Content

The business that publishes an announcement is responsible for it being true — the price, the dates and the availability.

The following may not be published:

• unlawful goods or services,
• misleading or false information,
• material that infringes someone else's rights,
• abusive content or incitement to hatred.

We may remove an announcement that breaks these rules without notice. What was charged for it returns to the balance, unless the breach was obvious when it was published.

6. Liability

We work to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for loss arising from the content of an announcement or from your dealings with a business.

7. Ending

You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings. We may restrict access where these terms are broken.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia, and disputes are heard in its courts.
